I like the color blue, maybe even a couple different blue colors for variety.  I&#39;d like to avoid neon colors however.  I do not like reverse image logos with dark backgrounds.  I prefer white backgrounds.  On the left side of the logo, I like the idea of a box or circle with the letters &quot;WC&quot; in it and then to the right, two lines of text: top line &quot;West Coast&quot;, bottom line &quot;Florida Properties&quot;. (Note: at the end of the contest, after I have selected the winning design, I will also need the winning designer to send me a second version of the logo with the second line of text &quot;Florida Properties&quot; replaced with the words &quot;Private Money&quot;.  By participating, each designer accepts making this small change for the original $119 design award.)
