I offer individual personal training and small group training. I emphasize core strength and an “inner focus” in all movements to maximize client fitness and flexibility. I use basic equipment; kettlebells, resistance bands and body weight exercises. I throw in boxing or kickboxing for cardio and impact. I focus on long term results by improving clients' mobility, flexibility, stability & strength. I don't like the get ripped quick fads and schemes. Not a “cheerleader”.<br>My target market is professional, men and women who typically work in office environment and have LOTS of boutique fitness options. I need to cut through the clutter and differentiate myself from "model" gyms and CrossFit boxes. I don't want the “jump around, pick things up, put them down” crowd.
