I imagine a charcoal drawing of a bbq grill that is fire based (not low and slow smoker but fire based grill to blacken).  As the name implies, the fire from the grill is alchemized to mana like offering (e.g., smoke trails or something) for the Gods above.  I also imagine the potential for something in the background to remind me of Portland (e.g., Mt. Hood, St. Johns Bridge, etc...).  I am hoping for something special with the fire: to honor its elemental nature, perhaps a fire dragon, perhaps a Phoenix, ... I imagine a rugged font, hand drawn (not perfectly straight lines and curves).  I imagine red and black colors, perhaps stainless steel background.
