- GLOBALLYNATIVE is a social-purpose business that offers various adventure-volunteer packages. All our packages include a month long trip in a gated house in a small village in Uganda. Where our clients would volunteer teaching a class of 30 children, building the new school, attending to the many crops in the farm, and spending some time at a small orphanage with 25 children. This comes with 1 safari tour in any of Uganda's parks. <br>Our main focus is univeristy/college students as well as the aboriginal community throughout North America. As these groups would benefit most from this opportunity.

- Our logo and website will cater to the university crowd as for the next couple years they will be our main clientele. The aboriginal community is our goal but will take a while before we can start to share their culture. I would like the logo to show aspects of the North American Aboriginals (or North American Indian) as well aspects of Uganda indigenous culture while appealing to students. Please dont feel completely constrained by these requests if you feel like the logo should come from a different approach you're more than welcome to give it a shot! This contest is seven days so we can have time to really iron this out.<br><br>Our company website is <br><br>www.globallynative.com<br><br>If everyone could go here and see what we are about it may help you design the logo. The website is unfinished but the main page is pretty much done. The colors that are on logo will be added into our website to create a theme of sorts. In saying that a logo with a black or white background would be good. <br><br>Colors perhaps a soft or light blue, a dark red, brown (try different shades as Im not really sure)

- MPlease everyone I updated the final paragraph in 'ideas and concepts' with our unfinished company website to give everyone the same opportunity to learn about GN. I hope this will help everyone. I love all the designs so far, its really helping figure out what it is I really want!
- MAlso with this competition my partner and friend in Uganda will be checking in once a day and giving his input. He will sign each post with -Uganda so you know who the comment is coming from,me or him :)
- MCo-founder of GN is an artist as well and created these tshirts. We both like the color and design thats within the African continent. Also some more images to draw inspiration from :)
- MI scanned and took a photo with my cell phone of what we would like to see. I will comment further in the next upload.
- MIn case the PDF file of scan isnt compatible with everyones computer here is a picture.
The main thoughts behind this are
- 2 faces looking the same direction.
-area infront of the faces to put an image
-the letters GN behind the whole thing
-GLOBALLYNATIVE to be level on the bottom
-At least some of the letters to be a "african-ish/native reminiscent font
I would like every designer to make their own iteration based off this sketch. Please take what you have already made and adapt it to this. You dont have to follow my sketch exactly. Maybe the words would look better in a different location? The sun does not have to be yellow and red, maybe there isnt a sun? Whats the scene after the faces? You can see my terrible sketch of a mini bus, thats just a suggestion. MAybe its just to much. Are the faces blank? Are the male, female (native princess, african queen), are the tribal leaders? You can choose what colors you think would look best or represent each culture best. Maybe there's a plan flying across somewhere or the O is a globe? Just throwing out different ideas. After this round on Monday evening GMT we will select the finalists. I wish everyone good luck and you guys are so talented this is incredibly hard just to choose a couple!!!
