I am a young chef starting up a food truck business. The business name is Good and Thorough Foods. ( This can also be in the name of the logo.) It is going to be a small locally run food truck catering American New cuisine, mostly to the customers of microbreweries. The opening menu includes some examples of gourmet american comfort food like a truffle mac and cheese and a take on the Classic BLT using braised pork belly instead of bacon. Our focus is going to be on fresh food made from seasonal, locally procured goods whenever possible.- $129
