Palm Valley Community Association
The Palm Valley Community Association (PVCA), founded in 1948, is one of the oldest, continually operating community associations in all of North Florida. The goal of the organization is to provide a venue where the interests and views of the residents of the Palm Valley area can be freely expressed and, as appropriate, ensure that those views are shared with the larger community and with decision makers in St. Johns County government.
