The name Patagon comes from a mythical race of people that were thought to have been twice the size of normal humans. As a recruitment firm, I like this name because I like to find my clients more than they expect.

I would love to somehow incorporate the outline of the image I have uploaded as the "P" in the word "PATAGON" but this isn't a must, just an idea! (I also like the image just next to the name).
Also, I like the slogan "Peak Performers" below or next to"Patagon Search"
Another idea, being a search firm that brings people together, is an image that connotes "convergence" (or two people coming together).
I also REALLY like industrial looking logos. Again, being a search firm that's looking for employees, the connotation of a industrial logo implies hard work.
