- Logo should feature words STOUT Solutions Group 
- STOUT should be all capitals 
- Prefer clean, minimalistic design over abstract 
- The logo should be able to be printed on light or dark background (or, when purchased, an alternate logo will be provided for printing on dark background) 
- Logo should be designed so that the colors can be easily changed before it is bought 
 
----OPTIONAL--- 
- The logo could feature a light bulb - but I am open to other symbols or dsigns 
- most colors OK - design is more important than colors 
- I am open to most color combinations but it should look fresh, crisp, and vibrant (NOT luxurious/ traditional/ old ) 
- The image can optionally contain icons representing People, Process, and technology 
- The image can optionally contain an image of a minimalistic brain (for example, the outline of a brain inside a light bulb)

Excellent designer! Took the time to read my instructions and examples carefully - and seemed to know exactly what I wanted. Also, EXTREMELY fast with revisions in different colors and designs. Will work with again!
