Services - coaching personal and online, workshops, speaking, courses - MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, positivity to success, gratitude, meditation, exercise, nutrition and all physical and mental strategies to live a fun and healthy life. I have used the tag line - "every mind engaged....every day" not necessarily needed to be integrated but to keep in mind Also like the web site projectlifemastery.com logo - just an idea! thanks Thinking somewhat spa/zen/buddha but at the same time not too far out that can still attract mindfulness for executive coaching.
