OK so we&#39;ve had one stab at this (on another site) and didn&#39;t really get anywhere. 
Round 2 
 
So we are thinking: 
Draft Manager is all about picking individuals from a squad of players in the same position to make up an elite team. 
e.g in NFL you choose one quarterback, 2 running backs etc. form various teams 
 
So one possibility might be the idea of picking one character from a whole group...kind of like this

Or maybe more than one player/character could be highlighted to create the team drafting effect. Or the crowd could all be plain but the highlighted ones could be raised and allude to being a NFL player , and another an MLB player etc 
 
Of course we don&#39;t want a super giant logo but i am sure you lot can figure something out... 
 
We are not set on this but it&#39;s just an idea to get you started. We would welcome all other suggestions
