1. Like organic, lotus flower, trees, 
2. Must be bold and look good, and very clear and readable on a real estate sign. 
3. Austin is a progressive, liberal city. Can be casual, different, but must appeal to luxury client. 
4. PLEASE DO NOT use a house, or a roof of a house, or a door. I do not want anything that looks like others logos. 
Feel free to use any color. 
I am not a designer, but trend towards strong bold images.

Every time I had a question it was answered promptly.  He has done everything he said he would and more.  I am VERY happy with finished product and will use him for further projects.
