We are looking for a simple, clean, professional, yet modern and somewhat elegant logo. One that can stand alone without the business name when needed. One that says ARTISTIC, BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, AND MODERN. 
 
It is not absolutely necessary to incorporate painting (paint brush, etc.) into the design... but those with talent can find the right balance... for example... a 3D image of a brush might work great! Or a very clean streak of paint in a circle around a letter &quot;P&quot; might work from the right designer. 
 
WHAT WE NEED: 
1. Logo Seperate - The logo needs to be able to stand alone WITHOUT the name (pioneer painting), BUT... we want to see it with the name as well. 
2. SIMPLE - The logo needs to be recognizable in ANY SIZE so we can print it in almost ANYTHING 
3. BLACK AND WHITE ONLY. This logo needs to be able to printable on ANYTHING! Colors are welcome, but ONLY IF IT STILL LOOKS GOOD IN BLACK AND WHITE TOO. 
4. Also, we like SERIF FONTS, but are open to others if they look modern/clean/etc. 
5. We also like graphics, and abstract art, but AGAIN... it needs to be easy to recognize in ANY SIZE. 
 
The best designers will be personally requested for my fliers.

Jaize&#39;s tastes are more modern and classy than most of the designs I received, and I received many (over 500). He was committed and diligent and best of all... he seemed to understand and use english better than most... so that was a bonus. Also... he was always quick to respond, and quite professional as well! He even gave me a personal opinion or two when I asked... VERY NICE!
