It's a tax business in a town called San Elijo Hills (california). It's common for the town's name to be referred to as SEH. Domain name is SEHTax.com (I also have SanElijoHillsTax.com, so I believe SEHTax should be the logo, but as an option, could have the full town's name in there too, if it works.
SEH is about 10 minutes from the beach, but it's a very family oriented neighborhood, small town feel, in the hills so it's more hardwood trees, bike trails, parks, community. Here's their website to give you a feel. http://www.sanelijohills.com/
