I really like the red flag of the current logo attached. I also like the "BCT" on the flag. I'm debating on if we drop the "Consulting" or leave it on.
I'm just looking for a new, fresh look to our current logo but I'm open to new ideas possibly also.
The logo needs to be able to be placed on a white and/or black background and also look good on shirts or other marketing materials, like cups or binders etc.
Here are some helpful tips to get the most out of your design project:

I'm looking to keep the same red flag as seen in the current logo, but adding a refresh look to it. Mainly, I'm interested in changing up the "BCT" part of it further...
Keep the flag red, try changing all colors of the BCT to BLACK (I don't like the mix of white and black lettering). Also, the gradiant in the lettering needs to go. That's old.
