Revision here 7/2/13: If the first letters of &quot;Konocti Regional Trails&quot; are emphasized, there may not be a need to have a separate &quot;KRT&quot; somewhere on the logo. 
 
Ideally the logo is color- and frame shape-independent as we need it to work with our existing color palette shown on creative brief below. The brand identity, tone, etc. are covered here:

If you type &quot;konocti&quot; on Google Images, you will see pictures of Mt. Konocti, which is the landmark and icon of the Konocti Regional Trails (KRT) system.
