This is a value priced small restaurant...seating 40 people with an open kitchen where we will be broiling steaks, chicken, fish and vegetables. People will be able to watch the food being cooked. Customers order and then sit down with a number and a worker brings the order to their table/booth/bar stool. Fresh ingredients and simple great food. We are in a mountain resort town and serve locals and tourists. The place will be adjacent to a cafe/breakfast restaurant (co-owned) so the Park City Broiler will be more of the upscale option for customers to get quality food at a reasonable price.
