Color palette to work with (don&#39;t have to use all): 
 
Red = #C40100 
Black = #333333 
Gray = #D7D6D5 
White = #FFFFFF 
 
This is a logo makeover from what is currently on the site. I do not want a musical drum in the logo, that is the main reason for the makeover. 
 
I would like a logo with a graphical element on the left, followed by text to the right...all inline (meaning no graphic at end or above/below). 
 
Graphical element should only use the color palette above. 
 
Ideally the graphical element will be circular in nature, but not necessarily a perfectly round and closed circle. In fact, preference is for it to be a little abstract. The circular element would be symbolic of a top of a drum, but I really want to avoid the look of an actual drum. 
 
Inside the circle would be a character/male person -- very abstract -- wearing headphones as this site will also have a podcast. I want a more boxy look to the headphones than thin/circular. I have included an image as a &quot;really rough&quot; idea for this look. 
 
Please include a shadow underneath the graphic. 
 
Bottom line on the graphical element...the more fancy/custom the look the better. 
 
Font/text wise please use Harabara font (or very similar) from DaFont.com for the words &quot;Internet Marketing.&quot; 
 
&quot;Internet Marketing&quot; should also be on one line with &quot;Internet&quot; a black color and &quot;Marketing&quot; in red (from above). Use a gradient or some other effect to make it interesting and less flat. 
 
Underneath should be a line, with the word &quot;Drum&quot; almost flush right, but tucked inside of the last letter &quot;g&quot; in marketing. The goal is to understate the word &quot;Drum&quot; so it should be very small and use a pencil thin font such as Antipasto from DaFont.com. This font is just an example, so you can use a better thin font. &quot;Drum&quot; should also be in the gray #d7d6d5 color. 
 
Also include a very thin line leading up to the word &quot;Drum&quot; as in other submissions. 
 
Please ensure you can deliver in a number of formats with a transparent background. Since the header color/gradient will change...ideally the logo will also look good on a white background as well as black.
