I need a logo that shows the word &quot;KnowTie&quot; and the exchange of knowledge between the three individuals (gatherers [bottom], hunters [middle] and clients [top]) in a flow from bottom to top. Or in three layers in a hierarchy. 
 
I would like the logo to try to convey one or more of these ideas; quality, trust, honesty and integrity with knowledge and sharing. 
 
I think I would like a logo that works on a dark or black background; but surprise me.

Designer captured the spirit of what I was looking for in the second submission.  We tried other variations but in the end, only a bit of shadowing was required on the letters to make this design pop.  I am very pleased with the result and highly recommend this designer.  I will work with them again in the future.  o/
