Marcia R. Caulton "I Hope You Dance" Sch
This is a scholarship fund established to assist first ime students at Cincinncati State Technical and Community College. Established in the memory of Marcia Caulton a 27yr staff member and champion for students and education. She was also an incredible singer and served as the official vocalist for the college where she sang "I Hope You Dance" at every graduation to encourage the students to live life to the fullest.- $129
