Simple, clean and easy-to-read font. Small symbol or illustration to drive home the concept. Edgy to reflect edge/ sexiness in &#39;not vanilla&#39; name and fun/ unusual ice cream flavours, but still serious. Think luxury, young, simple and a mix of modern/classic. Not Web2.0 style, think more branding. 
 
I would like two lines/ areas of text: one saying &#39;Not Vanilla&#39; with a smaller font &#39;ice cream&#39;. 
**IMPORTANT - I will need two copies of the SAME logo, one with &#39;Not Vanilla&#39;, and the other with &#39;Plus que Vanille&#39; in the same space/ font/ etc. The company is bilingual so this is very important. Note that &#39;plus que vanille&#39; does not translate directly as &#39;not vanilla&#39;, but rather as &#39;more than vanilla&#39;, so it might be worth including this concept as well. 
 
One thing I have thought of is making the &#39;V&#39; of vanilla into an ice cream cone, but I definitely want to see other ideas. I also thought about including the &#39;not&#39; or &#39;plus&#39; aspect as an off-centre +/x, maybe as a scratch on a waffle cone or something. No soft serve ice cream, only scoopable.

I am not set on the colours. I definitely want some purple, and complemented by richer, creamier colours (think the colours of ice cream), but also like younger and brighter colours. Background should be white but logo also needs to look good on pastel backgrounds. A few colour schemes I like (not wedded to any of these):
