**** would to see some variety….everything here is very similar. Need some variation to pick from. Not set on initials…might do that as an option with a standard logo as well…..I like clean but ones that mean something also.
****Would like to see options without shields as well
**** please see the Wixom ranch one…would like to see like that
Southern Fence Group is a commercial fencing contractor serving North and South Carolina. We specialize in the installation of chain-link, ornamental steel, aluminum, and security fencing for general contractors, developers, municipalities, schools, and industrial clients.
Our work is large-scale, schedule-driven, and compliance-focused. We operate in competitive commercial environments where professionalism, safety, reliability, and execution matter. We are not a retail fence company and do not target homeowners.
Southern Fence Group is positioned as a modern, credible, regional contractor—established, dependable, and built for commercial projects.
Our buyers value:
Professional appearance and credibility
Clear, recognizable branding on job sites
Companies that look established and capable of handling large projects
Clean, straightforward communication (no gimmicks)
Brand Personality & Style Direction (Very Important)
Tone: Strong, professional, confident, no fluff
Feel: Commercial, regional, trustworthy, modern
Avoid: Residential/homeowner vibes, farm/ranch themes, ornate designs, thin script fonts, overly decorative elements
We want a logo that feels:
At home on jobsite signage, trucks, safety vests, bid packages, and contracts
Scalable and legible from a distance
Timeless rather than trendy
We used to be owned by a native American tribe but are going out on our own now.

Instructions:
Visual Direction (Guidance, Not Requirements)
Prefer bold, clean typography
Simple iconography is acceptable, but the logo should also work text-only
Open to abstract or geometric elements, possible to use initials SFG, maybe shield, but not 100%
Avoid animals, or obvious fence illustrations unless very subtle
We are open to colors...but some guidance, like navy blue / grey. Garnet/maroon and black. Red, white and blue. No orange or green.
The attached were AI generated. so just ideas. Like the idea of using initials as the logo as well.
