- I'm looking for a sophisticated, professional logo that balances corporate credibility with human warmth. The current logo works but needs refinement for government contracting and corporate client presentations. Design direction: - Style: Clean, modern, sophisticated - think professional services firm, not startup - Feel: Trustworthy, expert, approachable (not stiff or overly corporate) - Associations: Growth, learning curve concept, partnership, transformation - NOT: Generic corporate, academic/education-only, trendy/will-date-quickly Color palette (approved brand colors): - Primary: Slate (#1E293B) - Navy-like, professional - Accent: Sophisticated Pink (#E9A5AC) - warm, distinctive (NOT hot pink) - Supporting: Ivory (#FAF8F3) - clean background - Burgundy (#800020) - ONLY for government materials Typography preferences: - Primary font family: Montserrat (modern, clean, professional) - Secondary: Lora (warm, readable, slightly elegant) - Avoid: Overly thin fonts, script fonts, anything too "tech startup" What's working in current logo: - The circular badge format with "THE LEARNING CURVE" arcing across top and "PARTNERS" at bottom - The "LC" monogram in center - The pink accent rings around the navy circle - Overall balance and proportions What needs improvement: - The "LC" feels slightly generic - could be more distinctive while staying professional - The pink accent could be more integrated into the design (not just decorative rings) - Need versions that work in: full color, navy only, white only, small sizes (favicon/social media) - Would like to explore subtle integration of "growth/curve" concept without being literal Deliverables needed: - Primary logo (full color) - Logo variations: horizontal, stacked, icon-only - File formats: Vector (AI, EPS, SVG), PNG with transparency - Brand assets: Business card, LinkedIn Banner, and PowerPoint Audience considerations: This logo will appear on: - Government proposals and capability statements - Corporate client presentations and reports - LinkedIn and professional networking platforms - Workshop materials and training documents - Website and email signatures It needs to convey: "We're serious experts who've worked at Big 4 firms AND we're human, practical, and focused on your success."
