Rooted in culturally responsive practice, The Mediation Table offers trauma-aware, non-therapeutic mediation services that support families in transition, co-parenting agreements, reunification pathways, organizational conflict, and court-involved cases. Led by Dr. Dominique L. Gadson—an experienced systems advocate and credentialed conflict resolution practitioner—The Mediation Table operates with the understanding that sustainable peace begins when all parties are seen, heard, and empowered to choose a new path forward.
