BRIEF
DESIGNS (283)
- Logo Name:
- Prompted Workflow
- Company Intro:
- Prompted Workflow provides specialized solutions for small-to-midsize agencies, marketing departments, and ambitious solopreneurs who are struggling with internal chaos and client-communication bottlenecks. Business Description We create and implement customized, automated Workflow Blueprints using tools like ClickUp and Asana. Our systems replace slow, manual communication (e.g., chasing approvals via email, losing files in shared drives) with clear, efficient processes. We specialize in cognitive automation by teaching high-value AI prompting and prompt-chain creation to accelerate content production and task management. Our core goal is to save clients time, reduce frustration, and ensure work is consistently delivered on time. Target Audience Our primary audience consists of Small-to-Midsize Creative Agencies and Marketing Firms who need to scale their client capacity without increasing headcount. Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs who rely on virtual assistants or contractors and need a clear, centralized system to manage task delegation and client feedback. C-suite professionals and owners who recognize that their biggest limiting factor to growth is their current, disorganized internal process. Our audience is savvy enough to use modern tech but is overwhelmed by the complexity of building their own robust systems. They are looking for a proven, done-for-you blueprint based on real-world agency experience.
- Instructions:
- I am looking for a modern, professional word mark logo that clearly conveys system, flow, and technology. The logo must be highly effective in small digital spaces (like a favicon). 1. Logo Structure The logo must be a modular system consisting of a strong Icon Mark placed to the left of the Word Mark (Prompted Workflow). 2. The Icon Mark: Dynamic Connector Chevron The icon must be a dynamic, layered chevron mark that symbolizes both acceleration and seamless integration (a "Connector"). Structure: It should be built from multiple, layered chevron shapes (not thin lines) to look like a multi-step, integrated system. Motion: The icon should include a subtle sense of flow or movement (e.g., through layering, curves, or an overall dynamic shape) that reinforces the idea of an efficient workflow. 3. Color Strategy The logo must utilize a two-tone, tech-focused palette. Primary Text Color: Dark Blue/Indigo (#43546D). Accent Color: Teal/Dark Aqua (#3DA6AD). Gradients: I am open to using subtle gradients between these two colors within the Icon Mark to achieve a modern, digital look. 4. Key Visual Instructions Please ensure the Icon Mark is clear and legible when scaled down to a small size (favicon/avatar). Avoid overly complex or conflicting imagery; the message is clear, organized efficiency. 5. Font Style and Alignment We require a typeface that conveys clarity, reliability, and modern efficiency, without appearing overly futuristic or overly technical. Style Preference: Please use a clean, modern Sans-Serif typeface. Font Weight: The chosen font must be Medium or Semi-Bold (avoiding very thin or very heavy weights). This is necessary to match the visual weight and substance of the Icon Mark. Icon-to-Text Alignment (Visual Balance): The Icon Mark's height should be optically aligned with the Cap-Height (the height of capital letters) of the word mark. The overall visual mass of the Icon Mark must be balanced so that it does not appear "thicker" or overpower the word mark..
