- Company Intro:
- Org Excel is a consulting and systems design firm that empowers organizations to achieve clarity, alignment, and excellence. Rooted in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and enhanced through principles of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Org Excel translates evidence-based practices into practical tools for real-world organizations. Unlike traditional EOS, Org Excel’s approach is human-centered and research-informed, blending behavioral science with business strategy. The result is a framework that helps leaders and teams execute effectively, improve retention, and drive impact without unnecessary complexity. Target Audience (Expanded) Nonprofit leaders and executives who need structured growth systems but want them to feel values-aligned. Behavioral health and ABA organizations (your specialty) that want to improve culture, retention, and operational excellence. OBM-minded leaders who value data-driven accountability, measurable outcomes, and continuous performance improvement. Mission-driven businesses scaling quickly, who want to blend structure and people-first leadership. Academic/clinical leaders who resonate with evidence-based practice but need translation into organizational systems. Key Brand Traits to Capture Visually Evidence-based roots (OBM + ABA science) Clarity & alignment (systems that make sense to busy leaders) Trust & credibility (research-backed, proven frameworks) Momentum & growth (forward progress, scaling, thriving) Human-centered (compassionate, collaborative, approachable)
- Instructions:
- Colors should be Navy, white, and a deep green (hunter green-like but not too dark where it looks black). It should be professional, but modern. I don't like the Viking image in the selection above, but I like the idea of an image and then the words stacked to the side. I like the idea of using gears since it portrays systems and operational efficiency, but it should be several gears operating together. I also like the idea of anything else signifying movement and forward growth. I am not interested in using trees or a compass to signify this. Additionally, I lean towards rounded text, linear versions, and the word 'Excel' not being in the color green (not to be confused with Microsoft Excel). Also, I favor lowercase versus uppercase and navy writing for the word Excel.
