- Bhangra in the D is a pop-up Bhangra dance event series held in various locations across Detroit. It brings high-energy Punjabi dance to public spaces, aiming to celebrate South Asian culture while creating a vibrant, inclusive community experience. Our target audience is all ages, but we’re especially focused on young adults aged 18–35 who enjoy music, movement, nightlife, and cultural events. Many are college students, young professionals, and culturally curious Detroiters looking for fun, energetic social activities.
- Instructions:
- We want something clean, bold, and urban that speaks to a younger, energetic crowd. The logo should reflect movement and rhythm, but in a way that feels modern and street-smart—more like a pop-up block party than a traditional cultural show. Think graffiti-inspired touches, city elements like the Detroit skyline or a stylized “D,” and vibrant fonts that feel alive. It should feel like something you'd see on a hoodie or sticker—cool, confident, and instantly shareable on social media.
