Measurement of methane emissions of oil oil and gas wells. target audience are companies and governments that need to determine how much methane is leaking from an old well.
Instructions：
Colors: ONLY Kelly Green and white (black outline is OK) Style: in the style of the Yale logo, but not exact, (various versions attached) One scroll would have the latin words "MENSURA VERITAS" IF USING A SECOND SCROLL COULD PUT EITHER "TMT" or "True Methane Technologies" in it. Inside olive leaves, maybe in place of open book, insert some version of the bubble image of methane molecule symbol, , as diagonally pictured (but in Green and White)
