I would like the spirit of the design to appeal to strength, resilience, and perseverance. I love the imagery and symbolism of a phoenix rising. Working that into the design would be great. I'm also partial to, but certainly not married to, logos that are circular. If you can somehow make community implied in the design, bonus points. I myself am a graphic designer but also a business owner, so I need to make the hard choice to outsource this.

Attached are a few ideas and inspirations from Midjourney. I like, but dont necessarily love, all of these. And Please feel free to have a total departure from the attached. They were just some initial inspirational designs that struck me.
I am PARTIAL to an orange/blue theme. Orange because of the fire of the phoenix, and blue because it's a complementary color. But again, not 100% married to that. Mostly I'm just looking for the absolute best design. Regardless of my personal style choices.
