A design that incorporates urban art styles, murals, graffiti.
We want to emphasize the ART in Heart. Possibly draw a mural inside of the letters.
Design should incorporate themes specific to Marion, Ohio if possible.
Home of President Harding, Popcorn festival, industrial city, recent art project statues of Cardinals installed throughout the city.
