- Logo Name:
- GlassHelper
- Company Intro:
- We have a niche blog on glass. Helping people out with glass anything - shower doors, cooktops, sunglasses, so, don't use an image that "niches it down" to much, but need something that evokes glass.
- Instructions:
- See description/target audience. Simple; evokes glass and expertise on it.
- Just checking in - nothing is landing super well yet. The glass motifs are working better than working GH into a fancy jagged logo. the A not having a cross as a style point seems good, but, it doesn't make me "think" glass really. Maybe play with the reflection of glass? idk. Heep it simple, has to work tiny, and on black and white, so don't rely on your color either. Think of how glass is portrayed on like fragile boxes or design documents.
- Ok thanks all - I look at this, and I've left some star ratings, but I'm seeing like what's working. The reflection effect is good, but hard to make work, like show me reflection on black and white, black background, I don't think it works. I could be wrong. The ones using panes of glass, great. Very simple one with cracked glass is good, because it is like, you need help, sure. But maybe something more subtle, less scary than the lightning bolt crack. Like, the logo still needs to be kindof friendly, and like some of these with the very sever fonts signal a real masculine vibe. That's a lot. tl;dr: pane of glass with an effect seems to work, and it has to work on black and white and scan as kind of gender neutral/friendly.
