Hello - we do risk management for board of directors. Our target audience will be board members, officers, and directors of a corporation.
Instructions：
We are putting together a corporate law booklet that will allow board of directors to make the best choices for their organization.
The book will be called the Business Judgment Rules. This needs to be a FULL COVER NOT JUST A LOGO.
I also need the attached logo with the copyright sentence underneath it, in the bottom right corner like in the attached sample (but please, no purple).
Our corporate colors are red #AC1E23, grays, black, and white. Please only use these colors. I don't have a huge design preference - Something that is fairly simple, but eye catching, and professional. I'm not sure that it necessarily needs pictures, but open to the idea. I've attached our regular logo for reference.

Please use the title that I typed. Judgment does not have an "e" in it. Even if you think it does, it's incorrect in this context. i also expressly stated what needed to be included - clearly nobody listened as theres not a single design that has the name of the book, the logo, and the copyright line in the lower right hand spot. I don't understand? I feel like this is about as simple as it gets.

This also needs to be a complete book cover - Not just the logo. I need to see what the whole cover looks like,
Please add a small TM in a circle after "Rules" and again, the company logo with the copyright line as attached needs to be in the lower right hand corner. It shouldn't just be a logo on a white cover. I need an entire cover design.
