Company Intro：

We provide Nurse Case Management services. We coordinate care for anyone who is disabled. The disability can be from multiple chronic issues, car accident, injured at work, geriatric with health issues, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries and more. Our target audience is anyone who is disabled and needs help coordinating their care.

Instructions：

This is my current logo. I would like the text Horizon Case Management to have consistent font throughout. I do not want case management labeled to small where you can't barely see it. I do not want massive large text that will take over an entire business card. What I don't like about my logo now is that it looks outdated. Colors: Blue and Orange or just blue only, you can use a little Black if needed but I want majority of it to be blue. Blue colors to be modern. Not to dark and not to light. I would like colors that are best for print. I am open to ideas on color but blue is definitely a must. Colors that stand out. I want something that fits the name Horizon. Horizon is like a sun or sunrise look, something with an H or fits the title name. Perhaps the H behind the title could be nice. I chose Horizon because its represents the sun above the horizon line for opportunities in business. I attached some examples I found online but I'm open for any creativity. The logo I want it something to look clean, modern and fit the name. What I want in a logo are the following: Professional Simplicity. Memorability. Originality. Modern Yet Timeless. Balance. Complementary. Versatility.
