Company Intro：

The Workforce Initiative Program is a Non-Profit (501c3) which is organized and maintained through The Hampden County Sheriff’s Department. attached, is the logo for the “Honorary Deputy Sheriff’s Association” which should be the focal point of the logo and clearly encapsulated in the Workforce Initiative logo. The Workforce Initiative Program is a Non-Profit (501c3) and we’d like for the newly created logo to indicate that. Perhaps the words “non-profit” will be sufficient and this emblem above isn’t necessary. We like this shade of green and the works “Workforce Initiative” on the logo. The intention of this program is to unite the community by positively impacting individuals and organizations. We plan to empower unemployed, disenfranchised and homeless individuals by provide them with workforce development, training and opportunity for employment. These individuals will benefit local businesses and organizations by offsetting the current work shortage. The symbolism of a tree can be used to represent life, growth, wisdom, prosperity. Our goal is to positively impact those in need by providing daily employment blended with ongoing support to community agencies, eventually progressing to full-time employment. This program is reminiscent of President Franklin Roosevelt’s New Deal and The Civilian Conservation Corp during the Great Depression. Workforce Initiative is a systematic approach through individual, customized, employment strategies that will promote personal growth, self-sufficiency, social inclusion and ultimately improve family, neighborhood and community quality of life. The organizations we partner with, including municipalities, private businesses and non-profits, will benefit by having a hiring resource that positively builds capacity and enhances direct services to both their respective clients and our communities. We believe this initiative will empower people to make life changes that strengthen families and individuals to break the cycle of poverty and live even more productive lives. The Workforce Initiative Program has a focus on job development in vocations such as industries, culinary and landscaping.
