Commercial Real Estate Investment company. We invest in multifamily, self-storage, and assisted living facilities. We look for value-add properties in B and C class areas. Our target audience for investors is anyone who is looking to passively invest in real estate and is looking for a strong, dedicated team to take care of their money and investments.

Instructions：

We are 3x U.S. Navy Officers (1x SEAL, 1x EOD, 1x PILOT). We chose the name Rising Tide Capital because we are all in the Navy and all close to the water. Our motto is "A rising tide lifts all ships” meaning we are helping lift others to financial freedom/wealth. We would like include aspects of water. Colors to incorporate shades of blue.
