I am a boutique vacation rental (airbnb / vrbo) property manager and consultant in that space. My target audience are investors who already own vacation rental homes and are either looking for a full service manager to manage their home or who manage themselves and want some help to improve their skills in that area.

the Boutique PM tagline: elevating vacation rentals Color: Navy, Teal, Raspberry Pink, Attached is the mock up for my home page -but I changed the business name from All About Vacation Homes to THE BOUTIQUE PM. Some of the copy will change - but this will give you a good starting point.
