Background: In ancient Roman times, the concept of “otium” described periods of leisure and freedom from work (the opposite being neg-otium or “business”) Seneca, the great Stoic philosopher, understood it to mean more than absolute free time. It was leisure time used in service of the community. The day-to-day focus of our enterprise is to plant the seeds that our future generations will harvest. Otium is an investment firm - "we are planting seeds today to harvest in 30-40 years" The vision is to include elements of agricultural imagery including historical farmhouse property i.e. think about an Italian Villa. https://www.cntraveler.com/gallery/a-guide-to-italys-wine-regions This is probably too much for a logo, but if we can have some elements of this incorporated into a very simple and clean design that would be great. The logo does not necessarily need to have the name of the company.
