I like the idea of different tones of greens, navy and gold (or an easily printable colour similar to gold)
I like fern leaves as these are ancient plants 
I like the idea of a large T (for Tribe) or the word Tribe with foliage around it and the words Forest School underneath.
Font style to be strong, something like Castellar
A circle design preferably
a design that is strong and ancient and natural
