I would like the shape like an arm of a team ( like the logo of patriot) the flag behind like I attached but the last 3 stripes ( 5th / 6th / 7th ) reds swift for green - yellow - green ( I’m Brazilian and I want a little touch of it in my logo

I want in the middle of the center letters one gun like the patriot logo but cutting all letters until final 
If is possible I want a guy with arms crossed at some point in the logo (it's just an option, if the logo looks good and I like it without this image ok)
