Id like to see an actual pallet (clip or realistic) in the background or to the left of company name. Could be stacked or single or angled. Preferred colors tan/brown/red/black. Would like to see some ideas featuring the company name "Pallet" in one color and "Hub" in another. I have attached one logo I admire. I like the "new - used - recycling services" sub line under the company name, and would like to use this. We live in Iowa though, so we are in flat countryside, not mountains (which the attached logo seems to reflect) so stay away from mountainous look. We are not going for a commercial or "green recycling" feel. More warm/wood tones, hometown business.
Also, we hire ex-addicts, ex-cons and vets (broken people) and offer them jobs as part of a re-integration program. Tag line could be "Restorative Work to Restore the Soul" or something like this. Although I dont want the sub-line mentioned above to compete with this tag line. Maybe we can't use both?
