Hello designers! This contest is relisted. We did not receive any designs we liked in our last contest. We are after an expensive, luxury, female inspired logo that is sexy and edgy. None of the designs submitted last time worked at all. We are looking for brand new designs, starting from scratch. Good luck! We are excited to see some inspiring logos this time!
BIG BEAR LAKE, CALIFORNIA is a four season resort town in the mountains of Northeast Los Angeles.
In the winter, the town attracts skiers, snowboarders and kids who like to sled and play in the snow. There are two ski resorts.
In the summer, the town attracts hikers, boaters, water-skiers, wake-boarders, kayakers, paddle-boarders, and fishermen.
Year around, the adorable Village offers restaurants, bars, brew pubs, wine tasting rooms, boutiques and gift shops. It is where visitors go to walk around, shop and dine.
Our company hosts vacation rental cabins . We represent the owners of cabins who allow the public to rent their property short term, as an alternative to a hotel. We list and market their cabin (mountain home) on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
We handle the photography, listing, pricing, calendar, check in/checkout, problems that guests may have, turning the cabins over between guests, and compliance with the city.
Our service allows investors to vacation rent their home, without having to deal with it day to day. They pay us a fee, and in return we deal with everything on their behalf.
Our target audience are owners who we'd like to list their cabin with us as well as the public who we'd like to book our cabins. Our demographic also includes skiers, snowboarders, fishermen, mountain bikers, paddle boarders, kayakers, and water sports. Big Bear is located in Southern California and has a 4 season resort and cute little village with shops as well as two ski resorts and a lake where people can swim and engage in water sports in the summer. Chic Chalets is feminine, sexy, and sassy. We are not looking for Smoky the Bear or any masculine looking logos. We want our logo to be feminine and welcoming.

We would like our logo to convey that we are in the real estate industry in a resort town. We would like it to be classy, luxurious and to reflect that we operate in a mountain/ski town. Our name is Chic Chalets Big Bear.
Chic means fancy, fashionable, sophisticated, and elegant. A chalet is a mountain home that usually is made of wood. It is a cabin/home/lodge in the mountains where skiers stay. Hopefully that will help with the design.
Our logo needs to be feminine, luxurious, sexy, edgy, modern and appealing. No Cartoon Bears or Monster looking creatures this time, PLEASE. Color Schemes: *Black, white, red,

We would not like any cartoon-esque bears featured on the logo as our business is a high luxury property management business and we would like our logo to appear that way as well. Our goal is clean, sophisticated, luxurious, etc.
