    Logo Name

    Company Intro
Journalistic lifestyle photography using natural light specializing in wedding photography and portraits of babies, children, families, couples and high school seniors.
    Instructions
Since my target market ranges from parents of teens and women between the ages of 25-45 y.o. with mid-high income levels, I'm looking for a logo that is modern, edgy and fun, yet artistic, elegant and timeless. I will eventually separate my wedding photography from my portrait website, but I want a logo that is suitable for both. I DO NOT WANT: Anything cliche like cameras, stars, photography equipment, etc. Also NO FLOWERS. That said, my first name means Springtime and Starling is a bird. It will be interesting to see the creativity. Although, pictures are not necessary. Most of the logos I've liked lately do not have pictures. I would prefer my whole name to be used, but I'm open to just my initials. I like fonts that look like handwriting, but I also like the clean look of simple "block" fonts. Lower case letters are ok also. This logo will be used on the web, print media, photo watermarks, billboard/signs, etc. I know this is a lot, but I've seen the designs here and you all are an AMAZINGLY talented group of designers! For samples of my portrait work visit my website: http://www.vernastarlingphotography.com/ and for wedding samples visit my fan page Verna Starling Photography on Facebook. Good luck and I welcome any and all ideas! Thanks!

after reading a couple of comments i see that someone took another designer's instructions by the contest holder and executed the design. i call this cheating and it is totally unfair to the other designer..i do not have to mention the name cuz you know who you are! it is beyond professional ethics in my opinion..shame on you!!!

Thank you again for all your wonderful designs! After a week of discussions with my colleagues and clients for their input, I have decided which logo will best represent my photography business. My decision was based on several factors, but 3 main ones were originality, design ingenuity and icon representation.
Again, thank you all for a superb job! I wish I could pick more than one, because I surely would!
I wish you all the very best!
