Web Design, SEO, eCommerce, branding freelancer and consultant. I will help any industry but I have a particular passion for helping Christian ministries with their online outreach efforts, hence the business name reference to 1 Corinthians 9:19-23. I would prefer to work with designers who have a grasp of the meaning of this passage, as the image would need to evoke a tasteful understanding of the passage. Most importantly, it is NOT saying that Christians should make themselves look like whoever they're reaching out to just to attract them. It is about not letting our cultural hangups get in the way of sharing the gospel... which would show that our cultural allegiances are more important to us than the people we're trying to love. Thus, representative images like a chameleon would be a poor interpretation. A multi-tool like a swiss army knife is not exactly the right idea either. I thought a way to get the idea across in a minimalistic and abstract way would simply to make my logo be some combination of basic shapes found in those baby toys where you put a cylinder through the circle hole or the cube through the square hole. I think a circle, square, and a triangle would be good. I'd like the logo to be an iOS app shape (rounded square) with the shapes inside. Altogether it needs to look like a logo, not just an app. Looking at the direction the top apps are going with their design, I'd like to imitate the last row (see attachment). Take liberties all you want, but in the first couple of days of this contest I'm most interested in those three shapes within the app shape formed into what is unmistakably a memorable logo. Three colors is a good way to go, though 2 or 4 colors are acceptable. Aim for colors you think I should be going with for my overall branding.

    Instructions:
Designers who take the description above into account in their design will receive the most attention. The logos 48hourslogo made me choose from weren't really what I'm looking for, though they are the closest to what I'm looking for among the choices given. I really appreciate all of you giving this a go. If you end up submitting multiple options, you'll be more likely to be my final choice if you check back in the description for added requests as your submissions help me understand better what it is I want. So throw me your best estimate of what I want, and then try again in a day or two if you don't see yourself ranking in the top spot.
