colors could be ocean and/or sky blues. I didn't really see any of the example designs on this site that fit my eye. thinking something along the lines of helping hands....that conveys working towards a common goal. Looking at some logos online as examples ....hand with a plant growing from the hand, a tree made`of hands and hearts, hands that form a heart, arms open wide logo, swirling designs that incorporate hands, hearts, children etc.
