We live in a D-VUCAD world (Diverse,Volatile, Uncertain.Complex, Ambiguous and Digital).  Survival requires that we adapt quickly and constantly.  Roles are disappearing, new roles are emerging; people are living longer and need to have "encore" or second careers, and for everyone, continuous learning is essential.  Change is no longer an event to be managed.  Rather, people must constantly be evolving to be fit for a future that is, by and large, unclear.  Small NUDGES, i.e. to learn a new skill or way of being, to change careers, to hire differently etc. can lead to profound outcomes. 



This designer was one of the few who visually depicted the concept of a Nudge. He/she also used the colour palette I suggested and gave me many options.  I am extremely pleased with the end result.
