In my private life I'm a musician (play bass guitar and sing blues/rock), and harmony of all types are important to me. Sales team members working in harmony yield great results. When hi tech sales reps exceed their sales quotas, they go on a company-paid trip, often called a Club trip, as in President's Club. My concept uses a graph that goes up towards a gold area. I also used gold for the word "Performance" in two of my designs.

these are really impressive, creative designs, all of you. my "comfort zone" designs are those that have a graphic to the left and capitalized text on the right. I also find #13 by kunz to be eye-catching. I'm seeking input from colleagues and will provide more feedback.

Dear client,
The concept of my entry #34 is simple. I just embedded an arrow in the "A" letter. # 35 has a blooming flower created by your team (simple human figures). #32 has yet another simple icon created by a circle and the letters "S" and "T" in white.
