We’re a residential property management and development group, located in Manchester New Hampshire. Properties vary in size, from 3-family buildings to 56 unit buildings.

Instructions：

We’re open to color and design suggestions that differ from the examples given. Generally are drawn toward clean and uncluttered logos. Perhaps there may be a way to include the abbreviation (GMPM) into the design - but not a deal breaker. “Property Bids” is our favorite example.
