Theme 4: Glam
Sub 1 - Neon Sign
Sub 2 - Lucky Charms
Sub 3 - Cool Girl Details

You can pick any of the themes / subthemes you feel you can best execute within your style for design submission as this event will have an upward of 5 Final Designs.
