1. Speech Bubble and Building, Newspaper and Key, or Microphone and Apartment.  

Here are some other ideas:
A speech bubble overlaid or intertwined with a building silhouette. This combination suggests conversations and insights specifically about the rental housing industry.

A stylized newspaper with a key icon integrated, symbolizing that the newsletter unlocks crucial news and insights for the rental housing market.

A microphone with an apartment building subtly designed into the handle or base, indicating that Revenue Dish is the go-to source for the latest news in the rental housing industry.

I may want to incorporate the logo below with the above suggestions somehow since the Revenue Dish is going to be a newsletter and/or podcast that is a spin off of The Revenue Method, logo for The Revenue Method below.  I want the logo for Revenue Dish to be slightly different but with same color scheme.  Maybe some of the same details.
