I'm open to any ideas. I prefer the logo rectangle shaped (for signage reasons) but will accept a round style logo if it's amazing. Have no requirements concerning colors. You are all artists and I would never tell an artist how to paint a picture....

Please see a website that we currently have in place for one of our higher end rental units (www.717OnOrange.com).  We like the colors that accentuate this site.  We do a lot of rentals of older housing stock (built in late 1800's and early 1900's)...but also some newer townhomes.  So...looking for a branding image and colors that captures the best of both worlds ("nostalgic old school bricks and mortar, wood beams", etc...blended with a modern feel).  We like simple designs with clean lines.  We have been thinking of a branding slogan that says "Put your roots down"...or "Rooted in (????)".  We strongly believe in the establishment of relationships and connections with our clients and tenants.  Much more than just dollars and cents...we are committed to unique personal connections with people and the purpose this brings to our business.

Looking for a clean, sleek, modern design with the potential to have a stand alone logo like at https://www.facebook.com/AtkinsonTeamLethbridge. We have an Atkinson Team logo but a simple A that we use as a stand alone. Not necessary, but would be nice. REAL can't be more prominent than any other word in the logo because we don't want any confusion with Real Broker (https://www.joinreal.com/).

Wanting a basic design. Minimal colors preferably. Would like either a camo phone/case in the logo and or something that will incorporate some ducks and deer. If there are animals in the logo we do not like the "clip art" style of animals.
