Easy to read font, Vibrant Cobalt Blue (main color) and White (accent color), Modern, Elegant, Sophisticated, Clean design. I like hidden symbolism, so something symbolic of confidence/joy woven into the design. There NEEDS to be imagery (nothing that looks like clipart)

Something colorful that takes advantage of the word "Spectrum".  Also, see if they can include the tag line, "Honesty, Integrity, Innovation - Delivered Daily"  That may be too much, but let's see what they come up with.
